配送料はお届け先の地域によって一律となっております。地域ごとの配送料については、以下の金額となりますのでご確認のうえ、ご注文いただきますようお願いいたします。

• アジア：￥2,000+消費税
• ヨーロッパ：￥3,000+消費税
• アメリカ：￥6,000+消費税
• それ以外の地域：￥4,000+消費税

Shipping fees are fixed based on the delivery region. Please refer below for the rates:

通常、配送のご依頼を受けてから5営業日以内に発送いたします。銀行振込の場合、入金確認後から5営業日以内の発送となります。
クレジットカードの処理状況やセール・イベント期間中においては注文・発送が混み合う為、予定より配送が遅れる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
なお、商品購入時の置き配・配達日時指定は致しかねます。

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation. For bank transfers*, order will be shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that during peak periods such as sales or special events, it may take longer than usual due to high order volume.
We do not offer delivery date or time selection at the time of purchase.

商品・配送に不備がない限り返品・交換は致しかねます。ご了承ください。

お受け取り後、必ず商品の状態をご確認いただくようお願いいたします。商品不備があった際は商品到着後7日以内に当店宛て(info@kotohayokozawa.com)にご連絡ください。交換または返金対応をさせていただきます。
なお、交換は在庫状況によってご対応出来かねる場合もございますので、ご了承くださいませ。

到着から8日以上経過した商品はいかなる場合も返品・交換は致しかねます。ご注意ください。

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defective goods or failed deliveries.

We are unable to accept any requests for returns or exchanges after 8 days from the delivery date, regardless of the reason.

お客様都合（長期不在や受取拒否など）で商品が弊社へ返送された場合は、お支払い金額から発生した往復分の送料・手数料を差し引いた残額のご返金となります。ただし、これらの費用が商品代金を上回る場合は、ご返金いたしかねますので、ご注意ください。

If an order is returned to us due to circumstances on the customer’s side, such as an expired storage period, unpaid duties, or refusal of delivery, the refund will be issued after deducting the shipping and handling costs incurred for both the original shipment and the return.
